My first impression in the last L.T.

Town Bank - My first impression in the last L.T. council meeting was that there seems to be no plans going forward. Taxes are very important, but quality in services are crucial. The state of the township should include the various dept. and where we want to be. The roads are a disgrace. What are we doing about drugs and related crime? The employees are doing their jobs, but where is the leadership? Are we a rudderless ship with no direction?
