Town Bank - Municipalities should consider rental owners educating their visitors on town rules a must! Hotels/motels have policies posted on site, usually on backs of doors. It is interesting to watch guests leave on a Sunday and put out eight bags of trash. No sign of recyclables! Then on Thursday, the trash men take it all. The whole township loses out on not recycling. I recommend holding the owners accountable.
