Town Bank - This is a little piece of information for all during this beautiful season when the trees lose their leaves. There is an ordinance in Lower Township listed under litter. This includes “rubbish” such as grass clippings and leaves. It is not permitted that you dump, rake, or blow your lawn debris onto any property other than your own curb. Blowing these things into the street or onto a neighboring property is more than rude, it’s against the Lower Township ordinance. Be courteous and wise about the location you pile leaves, branches, and grass clippings, or be subject to a fine.
