Town Bank - In light of all the debate about tipping, why not eliminate tipping all together? Restaurant owners should pay their employees a reasonable wage. It would end the whining from servers who provide mediocre service and expect the hard-working public to reach deeper into their pockets to subsidize the server. And best of all, all income would be reported and properly taxed.
