Town Bank - Let’s set the record straight. Dennis Twp. is awarded the dog-barking capital of the world based on the number of dog spouts per resident. Lower Twp. is deemed the dog s-word capital based on the acts of town council and management. They are even building a walkway for a few blocks by the bay as a dog doo-doo pile in place of sand dunes. Don’t blame the dogs, they are just expressing their opinion of politics in Lower Twp. where residents are considered second-class citizens to tourists. Cat s-word capital award is still open for consideration.
