Town Bank - Kudos to Jack Wilson and his letter to the editor, "Break the Cycle of Dependency." He was spot on with every point. The taxpayers are being taken advantage of by those irresponsible, lazy people for whom welfare is a way of life, not a one-time solution to a bad break. Beyond all that, for those like Family Promise who think they are helping, you're not. You're enabling people to continue behavior that will never get them out of the quagmire of poverty.
