Town Bank - It's refreshing at last that local Latinos are speaking out on Spout Off, as did the young mother attending college. Latinos soon will realize the power of their numbers in our area, and will make their voices heard at the polls. I am not Hispanic, but deplore the many negative spouts consistently directed against them by readers here. We should not hide our faces in the sand any longer.
