Town Bank - Is it legal to store trash in our yards and driveways and cover our roofs with tarps? I work hard to make my property nice. I guess it's who you know or code enforcement is non-existent. I walk every day around Racetrack, Elwood, and to the bay, and a house doing this has only gotten worse over the past five years. Five calls to code enforcement and still our neighborhoods look like junkyards.
