I thought the complaints of the barking dog problem in Lower Tow

Town Bank - I thought the complaints of the barking dog problem in Lower Township were exaggerated until I had to call about one in my neighborhood recently. I called animal control and they were handling an "emergency call" and unable to respond. I called the police department and was told, "they don't respond to dog complaints, we are too busy." So I had to listen to the dog bark for three hours. Now, I believe Lower Township is the dog-barking capitol of the world.
