Town Bank - I read a letter to the editor in the Herald where the writer was praising the fact that he could get a medical marijuana prescription without even seeing a doctor in person. "For a small fee" he merely teleconferenced a doctor on his computer and told the doctor he had anxiety. I don't want to accuse this person of not being legit, but you can see how absurd this system is. Any pothead who wants drugs can easily scam the system.
