I do not remember seeing a bid process for the solar panels at S

Town Bank - I do not remember seeing a bid process for the solar panels at Sandman, Maud Abrams or Mitnick schools. Usually these contractors also reap benefits that fatten their bank accounts at the taxpayers' expense. My experience with these projects say that the contractor gets whatever money is saved each month until the project is paid for. Then they continue to reap. Someone needs to investigate that project. Who approved it and are there ties to the contractor(s)? Something is wrong here. Savings should go to taxpayers.
