Town Bank - I believe women newscasters who look as if they're dressed for clubbing do so for ratings; perhaps, they are instructed to dress a certain way by bosses, or their self-esteem and belief in their ability to project knowledge and truthfulness in reporting the news/weather is really low. Whatever the reason, I think it brings a new low to viewing standards.
