Town Bank - I agree that a bridge between Cape May and Delaware is a ludicrous idea. Besides the environmental impact this would have on the area, and it’s detrimental effects on the main migratory routes of many shore birds, the traffic and crowds would destroy the charm that brings people to this area to begin with. This area is jammed on weekends now, and I can’t imagine the traffic this would bring. Where would the cars go? Parking is at a premium now, and it would be gridlock should this project happen. I am so disappointed the Herald supports this idea! No way
