I agree with Art Hall's column, "Time for the States to Convene

Town Bank - I agree with Art Hall's column, "Time for the States to Convene to Fix Washington." Unfortunately, the number of states needed to use Article V is far from the number that would agree to participate. Our country is divided 50-50 along partisan lines, and so are the states. Only about half of the states would agree to participate. I do not share Hall's optimism about change because we have become a "soft" nation half of whose populace is more than willing to allow Big Brother to run their lives. Those people are Godless, almost mindless, and conformists in the worst sense.
