When I read the following, my thoughts went to the changes our new governor wants to make in New Jersey: “Philadelphia has the highest opioid death rate of any large U.S. city. The center of the city's opioid crisis is the Kensington neighborhood -- the poorest neighborhood in America's poorest big city.” Another Democrat-controlled city for decades has a lesson to teach us all. This will be what the America Democrats will lead us to if they win the mid-term elections.
