Town Bank - Hopefully by the time the 2020 campaign is being decided, the Herald will have a new editor and a new publisher. Al and Art are so rooted in the past they are holding the paper back from progressive new ideas. This is clearly seen in the “comment standards” of the Spout Off section. Any spout made of new generation issues, any that deviate from their time worn opinions or contain new breed thinking are either disregarded all together or edited out of the point being made.
