Town Bank - Having had spouts modified by the moderator that completely changed their meaning, and having spouts that met all the criteria listed as necessary by the Herald , yet still not published for perhaps being too truthful, I can assure everyone that I am not a fan of the current moderator of the Herald, however, I just read the post in question, and the response of the moderator, I see nothing the slightest bit offensive in the moderators reply in this instance. Spelling, capitalization, and proper grammar, along with proper comma usage, says a lot about a person, and the teachers who taught them.
