Town Bank - Councilman Neville, it has been over a year when we met at the Property Owners Association. You had many plans and ideas to better the community that you serve. I voted for you thinking that you were progressive and tuned in to getting things done. How wrong was I to hit your lever on election day? I see nothing being done with the plans that you had for the ward that you represent. I am totally disappointed at your lack of articulation at the meetings and disturbed that you ran on the independent team, but have only been independent from your duties. Fooled me once but not again.
