Now the SCOTUS will rule on the right of states to make its own decisions on about whether a candidate should appear on the ballot. The effect that such decisions would have on the rest of the country and because of the hurdles that courts would face, will force the court to allow Trump to remain on the ballot. This decision does not free Trump from charges that he incited and engaged in an insurrection.
