Are you sick of it?

Town Bank - Are you sick of it? Guys out on the street with so many arrests and then shooting a cop, or worse. That's just the times they get caught. Arrest someone 14 times, hoping each time the guy will straighten out? That's the definition of insanity. And that is our justice system. Give us peaceful folks a break! Let's do something different. Set a limit. In that, when a person has proven they cannot abide without hurting people in our society over and over they are removed once and for all. Why do we need to live with violence committed time and again by the same predators?
