We live right next to Cox Hall Creek and I think our officials stopped doing their jobs! The pipe underneath Club House Drive must be widened to let more water flow through Cox Hall Creek. As for killing the mosquitoes, or getting rid of the odor, you should stop around more often, and do your job right.
