There was a couple on the bay beach this weekend around 2 pm with dogs , when approached they said they were told this was a dog beach , lower township enforce the rules because the renters are being told this beach is a dog beach , animal control do what we are paying you for , you are doing a terrible job, bring back the guy that did it before !!
