The signs and symptoms, as I know them, are bloating, gas and lower backaches in early stages. Ovarian cancer spreads quickly to other organs, so there's a bunch of other symptoms. I suggest you Google ovarian cancer and learn about it, educate yourself, as others suggest. On your next visit to your family doctor, discuss it with him/her and request testing to establish a baseline study, as women do with breast cancer in mammograms. Then, follow-up with a yearly blood work check-up. Ovarian cancer strikes young, too. Listen to me, please! I was in Stage 4 before I finally went to the doctor!
