To the Rio Grande spouter... I’m not an Obama fan, but truth be told, Trump was aware of the seriousness of the Coronavirus outbreak in China in January. He was the one who cut millions out of the CDC budget and cut jobs as well in the past 2-3 years. So you really can’t say he wasn’t aware of this crisis.
