Regarding the new beach rules Lower Twp. council proposed, we don't want over-regulation in our area! For years we have enjoyed our beaches with our dogs and families all year-round. Why should we have to deprive our beloved pets of coming with us during the best part of the day because the beach is more crowded with summer guests? As long as our dogs are not a threat, are on a leash when not swimming (which most dogs at the bay love) and are cleaned up after, what is the problem? Give fines to violators. Don't impose more rules and take away our livelihood! That's why many of us live here.
