Re: North WW beach spouter. I took my children to the bay which is significantly less crowded. Everyone kept their distance. Until a woman actually walked all the way down away from her tent with her son, stopping right in front of our towel. They began playing in the water right where my children were instructed to stay. I don’t own the bay, and therefore said nothing. However teaching small children how to social distance is hard enough. If there wasn’t a pandemic, I probably would have encouraged our children to play together. That said there’s never been much beach etiquette pre COVID-19.
