Last week when the DOW rose 800 points this president was quick to assume credit and spoke about the tremendous stock market turnaround he orchestrated. Now after a DOW 1500 point drop today I wonder if he will be so quick to assume blame? I'm certain that there will be others to blame - Dems, Fed, investors.
