I read the Middle Twp. press release about the construction of a sidewalk to ensure accessibility and safety for the public. The sidewalk is in the right-of-way, as they should be. In L.T., the proposed sidewalk was to be put in the street. The right-of-way is at least 20 feet west of the proposed sidewalk. If the street along the bay is 50 ft., then why, if safety is the reason, would L.T. entertain a project to be built in the street, rather than a right-of-way?
