I beg to differ with the publisher's column stating the paper did not sacrifice its credibility to avoid offending an advertiser. The Herald never turns a critical eye to the local hospital or amusement piers that bring in thousands of foreign workers to the determent of local youth. The paper also back pedaled on an article about criminal activities at a local restaurant that was an advertiser.
