Town Bank

I am not an IT Person. I am a 65 year old bookkeeper. I had to set up a Social Security account on socialsecurity.gov. NOT simple. Enter information, download app (I have no idea how to do that), needed help from a 25 year old. I was summoned for jury duty and the selection was done virtually. All this technology may sound easy for some but not all. Even the Supreme Court justices have trouble understanding this (as they stated when speaking about Section 230) What are people supposed to do when they don't understand this stuff and don't have anyone to help them!
