How can it be legal to make it a law that people have to hook up to city water, and if they don't they can get fined or their sewer shut off, and their home sold at a sale if they can't afford to pay? A class action lawsuit is needed. Just because the township received grants and probably used the money for something else is not my problem. I cannot afford to hook up and have to pay for water I didn't get. Do I get a credit?
