Don’t be surprised if the search warrant from the raid on the former President amd First Lady’s home at Mar-a-Lago is thrown out entirely. The search is now revealed to have been overly broad, meaning the FBI cannot simply scoop up anything they see, and a warrant that does that is on shaky ground to begin with, which would not be known without the fight to release the affidavit. If the search warrant is judged to be illegal, the items seized would be deemed “ fruit from the poisonous tree” and therefore inadmissible. Case closed. Don’t be upset if reality smacks you in the face.
