Tomorrow night Jan 6th is a meeting in Cape May taking away the right of a homeowner that rents his home through normal short term rentals not allowing that tax paying , unable to vote home owner to purchase the parking space in front of their home because the city wants to keep that space for the transient visitor to boost revenue greed. The home owner does not have off street parking because of various restrictions. How is this fair, and what does this do to the value of that home.
