Today Supreme Court Justice Alito brilliantly destroyed an ACLU lawyer's arguments with one simple question:"What does it mean to be a man or a woman?" The lawyer hemmed and hawed. She then admitted she couldn't provide a definition. Justice Alito smiled and replied, " How can a court determine whether there's discrimination on the basis of sex, without KNOWING what sex means?" That is the crux of this entire absurd "debate" .
