These are large fires that he walks away from and leaves burning, never putting them out. Numerous calls to police and fire have been made. The rules vary from officer to officer. Most recently.he had.another fire and when fire and.police responded the fire was put out. The police knocked at the front door for SEVERAL minutes and got no response. The property owner's vehicle was in the yard and he was home. There have been no charges made at this time that we are aware of.
