To the Sprouter who rents in the crest for the last 10 years. I have been trying to get clarification from law enforcement including the commissioner for the last few years. The LAW reads 50 decibels from 11pm to 8:30 am. then 55 decibels from 11pm t 8:30 am. Any logical person knows there is relatively no difference in 55 and 50- it means the Crest is a quiet town ALL THE TIME. But now the 5 bedroom houses have all become PARTY houses. The long ago family rentals are or will be gone. The police, when they say "QUIET TIME"means they have been instructed to ignore the laws. Crest should enforce the ordinances.
