To the Spouter who had comments about the property on Bank Street that would be a good place for public parking facility…the city would never have money to buy that land at fair market value. Reason why? It’s called capitalism and even the owners of the property who are very philanthropic will not sell the land for less than it’s worth. Houses will soon be there, which means more Spouter complaints about large houses and how it’s ruining our community…blah…blah…Cape May County property is worth too much to build parking garages on them.
