To the Sea Isle City Department of Public Works, Please have the guys on the garbage trucks wear GLOVES! It’s unhealthy but more importantly it’s dangerous to pick up garbage all day without protecting your hands. I know, as a kid I worked a summer garbage job in Ocean County and had a significant hand injury because no one told me to wear gloves. Let’s protect these young guys . We waste SO much taxpayer money in this town . How about a few dollars for a pair of gloves for these workers! Besides , the City is in violation of OSHA requirements. I will pend notice for 10 days.
