My wheelchair-bound Mom and I are disabled and I’ve been busy with my dying Purple Heart ‘Nam vet Dad in Upper Twp who our gov’t drafted yet refuses to help. My friends work most days and I lack siblings. Still, why pay a guy $1300 for work we finished before the county collected it? Rest assured, we’re done, so our lawn in Capewoods is once again open for your dogs to use as a toilet/tourists to litter with trash. P.S. Did you publicly shame your neighbors thirty years ago, or was that when people still helped each other.
