To the PA that I saw at Urgent Care. I was unscathed by your, rudeness, arrogance and lack of disrespect. You showed me your lack of character and unprofessionalism, and you were dead wrong, as I did have a bacterial infection in my throat as I was trying to tell you.You did not even do a culture of my throat. Instead of boasting about your 15 years of medical education perhaps you should get 15 years of etiquette training. Don't forget it was my insurance that paid you for that visit and I did not deserve to be treated like that. I hope no one else goes through my experience.
