To the insider/ Outsider- As a recent Lower Township retiree, I support the Mayor, Council and Manager’s Office. I have seen greater transparency, stability, clearer policies and more consistent Civil Service compliance. Changing past practices has brought needed accountability. Accusations of favoritism or union busting need evidence. Employees deserve fair treatment, and taxpayers deserve responsible spending. Retroactive pay and title increases should rest on law, contracts, appointments and actual duties not past practice alone. Recognize the progress Township leaders are making. #Truth
