To the county employee circulating a so-called “contract offer” for union members to sign yes/no: You do not have the facts. You are not part of negotiations. You are not at the bargaining table. There is no official MOA offer to vote on. Spreading misinformation only creates confusion and undermines the bargaining process. If there are concerns, they should be raised through proper, transparent channels—not through unauthorized documents and rumors. Taxpayer dollars should be used responsibly & Time spent circulating false information is time taken away from the county job you are doing.
