To the builder in the crest that’s why they have these guidelines on the books. I am glad to hear someone is enforcing them it’s commendable. Here in LT most residential jobs are a joke. Four guys working four trucks parked. No regards for the people who live in the neighborhood what so ever. LT is horrible at code enforcement they should get out and see what’s going on and take action like they did in the crest. If they don’t want to adhere to regulations shut them down! I hope the crest keeps doing their job and l hope LT starts doing theirs.Most work done in LT is not even inspected
