There’s a finite amount of land left in CMC. It would be way better to preserve the rest of it now rather than let it ruined by more new homes. No area can “grow” forever. Cancer is a growth but you don’t encourage it. If CMC continues to “grow”, everything that made it a nice place to live will cease to exist. Greed is driving the destruction of Cape May County. Allowing land use decisions to be made by local planning and zoning boards was a mistake. Look at all of the houses and housing developments that never should have been approved sitting on what was woods, farms or fields.
