There should be no new development along Fulling Mill Road. That is already dangerous enough as it is without more cars pulling out being added to it. Just leave the land along Fulling Mill road undeveloped. Lower Township and the entire county does not need any more new housing. This County has already "grown" too much. Relentless development is ruining this township and the county fast! The planning board needs to learn the word No when new development proposals are presented to them. There won't be any land left to development soon unless the planning boards finally learn to say no!
