There are two statutes that cover loud exhaust systems, 39:3-70 (mufflers) and 39:3-76.4 (muffler systems). Why is Cape May County not enforcing these statutes??? Why won’t township law enforcement write these tickets that are worth from $50-$500 per offense?? Republican lawmakers need to hold Dems accountable for this mess.
