The Straights of West Wildwood remain one of South Jersey’s most vital maritime corridors. Local officials need to closely monitor the known choke point near the W. Wildwood trestle to ensure safe & continued passage for the region’s hardworking clamming, crabbing & minnow fleets. Hundreds, maybe thousands in back-bay commerce depend on these waters remaining open. Residents need to rest easy knowing the situation is under careful observation, w/ officials prepared to take immediate action should the channel come under threat by bad actors. Is there any coordination between the communities
Moderator's Note: Should any "bad actors "be apprehended, the best remedy could be to assign them to our two local theatre companies and hope for the best . Perhaps close supervision and training can change them into free spending tourists and the threa be resolved. West Wildwood Forever!!
