The State needs to step in a do something to stop the loss of land to more and more new housing developments. It's clear that the planning boards just rubber stamp approvals for everything and will let every acre of land be covered with new houses. It does not matter what township. The planning & zoning boards are all buddies with builders & developers. The only word they know is yes. Cape May County was once such a pretty place to live but it's becoming nothing but a sea of housing developments. Overdevelopment is ruining this county.
