The rogue Supreme Court today allowed Trump to ignore the decision of a lower court that he could not fire the last remaining Democratic member of the Federal Trade Commission, Rebecca Slaughter, while her case was in the courts. Since 1935, the court has said the president does not have the power to fire members of independent agencies created by Congress.
