The reason the Private club license for the American Legion was not on the agenda and Legion Commander was not in attendance at the last council meeting I believe is, the legion and Mayor want it to go away quietly, die down then attempt to back door all close surrounding neighbors on Second and 117th Street again. He will rush it through, unannounced at the right time.
